Question 1

What are research peptides?

Accepted Answer

Research peptides are short chains of amino acids used exclusively for laboratory research purposes. They are not intended for human or veterinary consumption and must be handled under standard laboratory practice.

Question 2

How do I know if a peptide supplier is trustworthy?

Accepted Answer

Look for third-party testing on every batch, published Certificates of Analysis, transparent purity figures, temperature-controlled packaging, and clear research-use-only labeling. A trustworthy supplier makes all of that available before you buy, not after.

Question 3

What should I look for when buying peptides online?

Accepted Answer

Verify purity (99%+), confirm a batch-specific COA is available, check that the vial is lyophilized and sealed, review storage and shipping practices, and make sure compound identity, strength, and SKU information are clearly listed on the label.

Question 4

Are these products sold for human use?

Accepted Answer

No. Everything we sell is labeled and sold strictly for laboratory research use only. Our compounds are not drugs, supplements, or medical devices, and are not sold for human or veterinary use.

Question 5

How are research peptides stored and handled?

Accepted Answer

Lyophilized peptides should be kept sealed and refrigerated, protected from light and moisture. Once reconstituted, they should be refrigerated and used within the window appropriate for the compound. Always handle in a controlled laboratory setting.

Question 6

How quickly will I receive my order?

Accepted Answer

Orders ship in temperature-controlled packaging within 1–2 business days. Free 2-day shipping is included on orders over $400.

Question 7

What is a Certificate of Analysis (COA), and why is it important for peptide research?

Accepted Answer

A COA is a third-party lab report documenting the identity, purity, and composition of a specific batch. It's the only objective proof that what's in the vial matches the label — essential for reproducible research. COAs are available for every batch we sell.

Question 8

What is the shelf life of my product?

Accepted Answer

To maintain the highest quality of your research products, we recommend that you use them for research no longer than 2 years after you purchased them.

Question 9

What are the best practices to store my research products?

Accepted Answer

Most of our research liquids should be stored at room temperature away from sun or heat sources. All research peptides should be stored in a refrigerator once they are reconstituted.
